Relan's wide breadth of experience encompasses strategic communications and media, campaigns, public policy, marketing and large program management for 20+ years at the national level and with high visability clients. He is also seasoned in rapidly changing, high profile research programs as a former contract Program Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
